Participation in the ZuMUN Conference 2023
Parent / Guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions (please read carefully):
- Parent / Guardian agrees to the Minor taking part in the ZuMUN Conference in Zurich, Switzerland, held from the 27.04.23 – 30.04.23;
- Parent / Guardian consents to Minor’s unaccompanied travel and participation in the ZuMUN Conference, Parent / Guardian accepts and assumes full responsibility for the behavior of Minor during the travel, the ZuMUN Conference and during Minor’s stay in the general premises, rooms or venue where the ZuMUN Conference is held;
- Parent / Guardian and Minor are aware that to purchase alcohol/tobacco under the age of 18 is against the law in Switzerland and they assume full responsibility of Minor’s actions in this regard and to local laws in general; ZuMUN does not condone underage drinking or smoking and participants who do not behave themselves in a responsible and appropriate manner will be asked to leave the conference;
- Parent / Guardian and Minor agree to follow the event code of conduct set down by the Rules of Procedure used by the ZuMUN Conference;
- Parent / Guardian and the Parent’s / Guardian’s personal representatives, assigns, successors, heirs or administrators hereby release, waive, discharge and hold harmless the Organising Committee of the ZuMUN Conference, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, liabilities or damages whatsoever arising out of or related to Minor’s behavior, actions, participation or involvement in the ZuMUN Conference and related activities;
- Parent / Guardian understands that the organisers of the ZuMUN Conference are relying on Parent’s / Guardian’s agreement to all the terms and conditions herein in order to permit Minor to attend the ZuMUN Conference; and
- Parent / Guardian has carefully read and reviewed this Parental Consent For and fully understands and freely and voluntarily consents to all the terms and conditions herein.
